Philosophy

My vision is based on the idea that music and art are powerful paths for self-expression, growth, and connecting with the world around us. I firmly believe that everyone, regardless of where they come from or what challenges they face, should have access to these tools. They are more than just entertainment; they are a space where we find our voice and can turn our ideas into something real.

Throughout my life, I have understood that art has an immense power to change lives. Not only as a form of personal expression but as a means to inspire change in our communities. In every young person who dares to explore their creativity, I see a seed of the future: someone who can inspire, challenge, and move others.

My purpose is to create a space where all young people can find their passion, overcome the obstacles they encounter, and use art as a tool for personal growth. Artistic education is not just about learning to play an instrument or paint a picture; it’s a journey that helps us become better people, think differently, and collaborate with others.

I believe leadership is about guiding others along this path, helping them discover their own potential, believe in themselves, and find ways to contribute something unique to the world. I am convinced that when we provide access to art and culture, we are investing in a more inclusive, creative, and full-of-possibilities future.
