Voice
Eduardo is a Tenor with professional experience in musical theater and opera. He obtained his masters in opera performance from Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2020, where he played a lead in every production. Prior to his masters, he performed professionally in the Mexico City casts of “The Drowsy Chaperone” (2014-15) and “La Cage aux Folles” (2015-17) and sang in productions of “Faust” by Gounod (2018) and “Le Comte Ory” (2018) by Rossini Massachusetts. Before becoming a professional singer, Eduardo was a professional dancer and dance teacher; he is talented in working body awareness and coordination and how it relates to vocal execution. Eduardo has taught voice since 2017 and has studied with voice teachers and music therapists in Mexico and the United States. He is an advocate of emphasizing “pedagogy” in “vocal pedagogy”. Eduardo currently sings for worship services in the DFW area.
Eduardo Arturo is a Tenor passionate about art as a means to an end. With interest in human behavior, music serves in inspiration, reflection, and connection with others. To him, singing is a way in which we can hear a person for who they are beyond the words they speak.
